Jose Martin Villegas Gonzalez received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Baja California (UABC), Baja California, Mexico. He has been with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at University of Guadalajara, Guadalajara, Mexico, since 1994, where he is currently a Full Professor. His interests include Engineering Education and Statistical Signal Processing with applications to characterize passive microstrip circuits and microwave antennas.
